After finishing my MASc in Electrical Computer and Software Engineering from Ontario Tech University, I am still residing within Oshawa, Ontario, Canada and willing to advance my career in both teaching and engineering ways.

Tutoring Experience:

1. Direct involvement with a tutoring centre during my B.Sc program and used to conduct math, science and physics.
2. Two years of experience as a teaching assistant at Ontario Tech University where I was directly involved with conducting tutorial classes, labs, marking exam papers, preparing tutorial materials, preparing exam questions and more.
3. One year of online tutoring experience with Varsity Tutors.

Tutoring Approach:

Approach of tutoring varies person to person but I believe an interactive ways of teaching and learning make things clear enough to students and it maintains a healthy tutor - student relationship.
List of approaches that I usually follow:
1. It is always better to understand the student's learning or capturing capability before approaching
2. Slow start is helpful
3. Breaking down the complex things into pieces in order to help digest the critical sections of the problem.
4. Once students capture better, provide some small examples out of the book's scope.
