Personal Description:

It all started way back in the late 70's while I was in the Police force in SA coding offender fingerprints to be entered into a central database-the first in Africa- and the tech bug bit me. Since then I have programmed, analyzed, trained, tutored, business owned and managed my way from Africa to New Zealand and now in Canada.

Tutoring Experience:

Having over 35 years of experience with these fancy boxes called computers and smart devices and having tutored users in 3 different countries, I have the knack and knowledge to translate your issue into techno babble, solve it and translate back to your speak so you understand what I have done for you !

Tutoring Approach:

I understand that using one's own device is one of the best ways to take in what the teacher says so I will come to your home/office and keep you on familiar ground, relaxed and using your own pencil. The lure of coffee does wonders as well… Technology has evolved with a rapid pace over the last 20 years and many of us have not had the opportunity to evolve with it and now find ourselves in a much smaller quicker and more visual world and very often feel 'intimidated' when it comes to the 'T' word… Well fear not because that's where I come in.
