This is how 5 referees rated Michael:
I feel that individual attention is essential to being a good chemistry tutor. The tutor and student must work together to set achievable goals for the student and then discover what roadblocks are in the way. Then they work together to conquer the obstacles so the student can reach their goals.
I graduated Summa Laude with my bachelor's degree in General Biology and a minor in Music from Yeshiva College. I went on to the Albert Einstein College of Medicine where I am studying to be a Medical Doctor. I have tutored undergraduate and graduate students as well as being a chemistry tutor for Regents-level chemistry.
I understand that each student is different and therefore they learn differently and at their own pace. As a chemistry tutor, it is my responsibility to adapt my lessons to match my student's needs. I also help my student develop realistic goals that they can achieve based on their long-term plan.
