Personal Description:

I love helping students cover science and math topics. As a physics tutor, I am able to adapt my instruction to the needs of a particular student. During one-on-one sessions, I can help students learn the material that is most essential for their situation. Because I don't have to accommodate the needs of other learners, I can provide personalized, effective instruction as a physics tutor.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned a bachelor's degree in Chemistry & Biology. I can help students with a variety of high school and college physics skills and concepts. I am also able to teach essential related subjects like algebra and calculus.

Tutoring Approach:

I adapt my tutoring approach to the needs of each student and the demands of the subject. A subject like physics tends to require problem-based learning. Because of this, I incorporate a number of techniques to help students think critically and apply their knowledge of physics concepts to different types of problems.
