Personal Description:

I want to say that I have excelled in every stage of my education and career. I successfully worked as a Lecturer of Mathematics at the Manarat Dhaka International College, Dhaka, for more than 10 years. Also, I want to mention that my Dhaka University, University of South Dakota, USA & Memorial University of Newfoundland knowledge and experience will help me to achieve the goal of your institution. Besides teaching, I conducted and supervised the research works of students which make me confident to notable contributions to this position. Also, I am very much hardworking, productive, and reliable with extensive background and an excellent reputation for resolving problems and driving overall operational improvements. Moreover, I am highly organized, proactive, and punctual, and work well within team settings. Tutoring Approach:

I have extensive experience in teaching, after finishing an MS from Dhaka University in the Bangladesh. I joined as a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at Manarat Dhaka International College, Bangladesh, after achieving a good academic accomplishment. I was involved in preparing and teaching different courses of Mathematics at Manarat Dhaka International College, Bangladesh. During more than ten years of my teaching, I have taught many courses including Mathematics, Mechanics, and Statistics with immense success.
All children are different and must have a unique educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, intensely, and socially. It is my aspiration to create this type of place where students can meet their full potential. I will provide a secure environment where students are invited to share their ideas. Also, I believe in strategies like the morning meeting, positive vs. negative development, classroom jobs, and problem-solving skills. Teaching is a learning process; learning from your students, colleagues, parents, and the community. This is a lifelong process where you learn new strategies, new concepts, and new philosophies. my educational ideology may change, which means that I have grown up, and studied new things.
Finally, I believe in there are five essential components that are helpful to learning. (1) the teacher’s role is to act as a mentor. (2) Students must have access to hands-on activities. (3) Students should be able to have choices and let their concern direct their learning. (4) Students need the opportunity to practice skills in a real environment. (5) Technology must be integrated into the school day.
