Personal Description:

I am a young professional with a degree in Psychology and Social Sciences from a top British University. I have significant experience with essay planning, structuring and writing.

In my professional life I have been responsible for drafting official responses to government consultations, communications to an extensive and geographically dispersed staff and volunteer base as well as project initiation documents and reports.

Tutoring Experience:

I have completed a TEFL course in addition to providing proofreading and research support to numerous individuals over the past few years since graduating.

I have some subject matter knowledge and an understanding of key concepts in both psychology and social sciences. I bring my extensive proofreading skills to ensure an essay flows as it should, avoids repetition and is both clear and concise.

Tutoring Approach:

I take a supportive approach to tutoring. I do not seek to take over ownership of an essay or dictate the topic or argument presented but rather to engage with the student, understand the motivations behind their choices and to support them in achieving the best structure and phrasing for their content.
