Personal Description:

I am an enthusiastic and patient French tutor and I look forward to sharing my love of the French language with my students. I consider myself a lifelong learner and love fostering that love of learning with students. Languages are a particular passion of mine and I enjoy helping students develop their linguistic skills by demonstrating how lessons can be applied in the real world.

Tutoring Experience:

I obtained my undergraduate degree in international studies with a minor in French. I've lived in both France and Switzerland, speaking French regularly in both. I've had more than five years of tutoring and teaching experience working with students of all ages and language levels.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe it is important to craft the lessons to fit the learning needs and style of the student. In addition to using textbooks and resources the student has from their course I also like to bring in literature, comedy, art, and other forms of media to give the student a broader understanding of the language.
