Personal Description:

I am a recent undergraduate of Politics, History, and Economics, and was awarded my degree with Distinction. I am currently working in an internship where I write full time, which is a dream come true! This leaves my schedule flexible and allows me to tutor at any time.

Tutoring Experience:

I have tutored university students in politics, history, and philosophy. I have worked full time as an Educational Assistant in a grade 9 classroom, where I assisted students in every subject.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe everyone is capable of learning if the information is presented to them the right way and they want to learn it. During my time as an Educational Assistant, l learned how to re-frame problems in ways that students could relate to. Sometimes grade 8 students don't understand radiation until you present it to them in the context of Fallout 4!

I also know that flexibility is important, particularly for university students - assignments and tests can creep up out of no where. Not only can I help with particularly subjects, I can also share research techniques, time management tips, and other things that helped me through my degree.
