Hola! I am Mariana, I am from Argentina, I lived also in USA, Chile, Puerto Rico and Uruguay. I love traveling, nature, family books cooking and art.
Tutoring Experience:
I have a teaching degree from Argentina. I have been teaching Spanish and Art in every place that I lived for the last 20 years. I love the interaction with all different students and levels.
Tutoring Approach:
We can work in a more traditional way or with more conversation, games and TPR. The idea is to enjoy the time of learning.

From Andrea (5/5): (Elementary Spanish) Mariana has been tutoring our 13 year old son in both Beginner Spanish and Visual Arts for the past school year. We are extremely pleased with her and would happily recommend her to other families looking for a tutor for their child(ren). She is very personable in her approach and has made an effort to help them get to know each other - this makes him relaxed and comfortable in his sessions. Her lessons are always well-planned, interesting, and level-appropriate. In the past, our son has not enjoyed learning a second language, but now with Mariana's help, he is motivated to do so and is really enjoying the process! With art, she has exposed him to various mediums and artists. He appreciates the time they spend together working on and talking about art. It has inspired him and encouraged him to expand his artistic creativity.
