Personal Description:

I am a High School student who has always excelled academically, particularly in English and Mathematics. I have several siblings (three to be exact) and have cultivated a liking and bond with younger children in my experience nurturing and teaching them.

Tutoring Experience:

As mentioned previously, I have siblings who I have had the chance to nurture and teach, although not always academically. My oldest sibling (13 years) often seeks my aid for schoolwork and I have always been there to guide and aid him. I also have done some informal tutoring with my peers, as they often approach me for help.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach is very simple, practice. We practice questions together until it seems they apprehend the matter at hand and how to properly solve it. I am also quite fond of going on educational tangents to explore the deeper connections and reasonings behind certain concepts in order that the student may better grasp the context of what they are learning, and better learn it.
