Tutoring Approach:

As i am teaching for last 15 years in IIT JEE coaching centres , i have taught many students who are different in learning skills in Maths . so i have adapted various styles of teaching.
For my mediocre students i try to build their confidence by regularly motivating them. I take few steps
for this like asking them what concept or formulae may you think can be applied here , hinting them some steps , sometime giving them similar example and ultimately summarising the whole problem and its important part.
For my brilliant students i love to teach them beyond the limits of the problems . For my xi ,xii school students i will be excited to give them the learning of higher concepts of IIT JEE level as i have a good experience of that level.
