Personal Description:

I graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in 2019 with a double major in neuroscience and biochemistry. I have a passion for genetics and neuroscience which is now the focus of my PhD. As a student myself, I have been in your shoes and know how difficult and frustrating learning a new subject can be (especially in large classes with professors or teachers that lecture way too fast!). You are capable of learning a difficult/new subject and as a tutor with 3 years of experience I can guide you there!

Tutoring Experience:

I have enjoyed tutoring high school students for the past 3 years in a variety of subjects including Math, Chemistry and English. On top of specific subjects, I always take the time to inquire about your bigger goals and dreams and will coach you in more general goal setting and studying techniques.

Tutoring Approach:

Oftentimes the biggest hurdle to learning is not only the subject matter, but your confidence. I will always be thorough and work with you to ensure that you master the material at your own pace. I have a flexible teaching style and will match your needs to best help you learn and improve your confidence!
