Personal Description:

Hello! My name is Lexia and I am a Social Service Worker graduate from Seneca College. Through my time in college I participated in projects such as a Rexdale Community Project where I worked with the children in the community for 2 weeks straight. I am currently a Social Work student at York University entering my third year of study. I have been coaching gymnastics for the past 7 years and have a passion for working with/teaching children.

Tutoring Experience:

Tutoring Approach:

My approach to any type of teaching is through action. Whether it is solving a math problem with objects or showing a colourful breakdown of an english passage I attempt to make the information as easy to absorb as possible. I also like to take the time to understand the way each child learns, and adapt my teaching style to their needs.
