Personal Description:

Avid language learner with 12 years learning experience in French Immersion program. Graduated from high school with scholarly awards in two languages (French and Spanish) as well as 80% and above in English for all four years. I have received certification to teach French in Canada (was awarded the certificate in Grade 11) having received above 80% on a B1 level testing. I have also worked as a teacher's assistant at a French Immersion school, working with children ages 7-8 in reading, writing and speaking in French.

Tutoring Experience:

Co-op position as a teacher's assistant in a French Immersion classroom for 5 months

Tutoring Approach:

Focus on reading and listening, mainly input materials to get students used to and more aware of the French language in their every day lives.
