Personal Description:

Hi! I'm Krystal, I love to tutor and help others! I love playing my accordion and singing! I enjoy gardening and going hiking with my husband in beautiful Nova Scotia Canada! I have degrees in social work, a minor in anthropology, a minor in history and 8 years of study in German at a university level. I have a degree in massage therapy with tons of knowledge on human anatomy!

Tutoring Experience:

I have a great deal of private tutoring experience beginning in my high school and college years. I found that I had many friends in my housing unit on campus who came to America to learn English! I frequently assisted them with learning in English as a Native speaker. I also, took great pride in helping all students write their essays and aid in proofreading. I have revised work ranging from high school essays to Ph.d dissertations. To further outline my experience with English and writing, I have a few published works and constantly have projects for submission!

I worked as an instructor in a children's German Immersion program a few years ago! I greatly enjoy German and would love to help new students. I have basic knowledge of Polish as well!

Tutoring Approach:

I'm patient! I will take my time with a student and we will work together to find ways to solve problems we encounter. I also love offering helping hints, tricks and even little songs to help memorize new things! I frequently like to aid in creating study guides as well to make test taking less worrisome and overwhelming!
