Personal Description:

I have a BSc Mathematics and Statistics (with Distinction). I also studied sciences (chemistry) and health sciences (anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry).
I have worked in the insurance industry (underwriting), pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, and also for the Government of Canada (revenue).

Tutoring Experience:

I am flexible with my teaching methods and I use the students own material to teach basic/core principles.

Tutoring Approach:

I find that students learn by doing/practice and I break down problems into steps that can be applied to all similar type problems - giving the student the confidence that they can solve all similar type problems.
