Personal Description:

I can help students with a number of French skills and concepts in personalized, one-on-one sessions. As a French tutor, I work to help students understand the areas of study that are important to them. I have tutored for years in a number of contexts, and I can bring this experience into my work as a French tutor. I can focus on the material that is most relevant to the student while leading sessions that progress at the right pace for the individual.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a bachelor's degree in Biology. I am also a graduate student in Biomedical Research Sciences. I work as an adjunct professor of Biology and also as a research assistant.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe in hands-on learning to engage students in what they are learning. In a first tutoring session I feel it is important to do an initial assessment to get a clearer picture of a student's needs and abilities.
