Personal Description:

Teaching all aspects of English is my passion. I enjoy using a variety of teaching techniques to help my students learn the way they want to as opposed to how an instructor wants to teach them. I also try to relate English to each student's native language, helping them draw connections that make English feel less intimidating. I am comfortable teaching multiple different things whether that means outlining an essay assignment or practicing how to pronounce certain words. Learning a new language is a lifelong process and I hope to equip you with the tools you need to succeed.

Tutoring Experience:

I hold a master's degree in Linguistics with a specialization in TESOL, so I understand how to help ESL students deepen their understanding of English. I also teach in an English Immersion program.

Tutoring Approach:

I am a goal-oriented English tutor who always keeps what my student is trying to achieve in mind when designing lesson plans. This way, our meetings are as efficient as possible.
