Personal Description:

Hello! My name is Katrina and I am from Toronto, Canada. I am currently a Masters student at one of the best universities in Canada studying education. I speak English and (some) French
My hobbies include playing the piano, rock climbing, and learning about science and outer space!

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught piano for 10 years in one-on-one classes. I follow a classically trained approach and often use the RCM method, but am willing to use other methods for casual learners. My students were between the ages of 3-21.

I have been teaching ESL to international students for 3 years, working with students from all over the world to help improve casual speaking as well as preparing for exams.

Tutoring Approach:

Classes are meant to be fun, interesting, and most importantly, informative.
During our time together, I want to see what you can do.
Class time is meant to work on skills that you want to improve on and refining the skills each time we meet.
