Personal Description:

I am a first year Anthropology undergrad student with a History minor studying at the U of A. I am fluent in French and English, and received by DELF B2 last spring. I was enrolled in French Immersion my entire academic career, but studied social studies in English for grades eleven and twelve.

Tutoring Experience:

Informal tutoring experience throughout secondary school.

Tutoring Approach:

I take a hands-on approach to tutoring by explaining as well as demonstrating the knowledge that I am sharing. For example, for essay writing, I would show students how to properly write different types of essays, with examples, and practice writing them together. I would also adapt my methods to the learning ability and style of the student in order to maximize the learning potential.
