Personal Description:

I enjoy reading, learning, and exploring the world around me. I have always had an enthusiasm for languages and different cultures and I enjoy making connections from around the world when I am learning and tutoring students. I have had experience as a French tutor since I was in high school.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree in International Studies and French, with minors in German, Arabic, and African Studies. I earned my Master of Public Administration and Master of Diplomacy and International Relations. I am available as a French tutor to work with students on all levels of French as well as AP French Language and Culture.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe students know more than they think they do. I work to find a connection between ideas the student is confident about and the more challenging aspects of the French language. This helps them get excited about learning. I like to know my students' interests outside of the academic so we can connect to that while learning French.
