Personal Description:

I am able to help students reach for their goals in a supportive environment. I enjoy being a music tutor because I love to help others work toward their goals. Working in a one-on-one setting as a music tutor allows me to give the student my complete attention. I can help students with saxophone or music theory, and I am able to focus on the content that is most important for them without having to accommodate other students.

Tutoring Experience:

I graduated Summa Laude with a bachelor's degree in Human Science as well as a minor in Music. I am currently a graduate student, and I am working toward a master's degree in Music History. I also have some experience tutoring other students in college.

Tutoring Approach:

I want students to develop a deep understanding of the material we study. I facilitate this by going through skills step-by-step and avoiding the temptation to rush.
