Personal Description:

Throughout my educational career, I have gained a lot of experience in tutoring and teaching. I have helped students of all ages and abilities. My time tutoring and teaching students from all backgrounds have shaped me into an effective biology tutor. I can help students reach their goals in biology at all levels. Whether you are learning about photosynthesis or cell division, I can help.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned a bachelor's degree in environmental science and a master's degree in natural resource management. Currently, I am working on my Ph.D. as I both study and teach biology. I am available to help with anything from homework to test prep.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to incorporate the specific learning needs of each student into our sessions - and even their interests when it's relevant. In addition to homework and test prep help, I teach my students to become independent learners by teaching them important time management and study skills.
