Personal Description:

I spend most of my school time in the lab because I enjoy figuring out how things work. I also try to guess, based on evidence, what the next big thing will be. I have a great passion for sustainability and technology that I believe I will always have. In my opinion, having faith in yourself can go a long way towards conquering any academic challenge you may be facing.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree in Biotechnology. I'm currently working on earning a Ph.D. in Microbiology. I am well-versed in many areas of the sciences as well as maths. I am very patient as a math tutor and I am available as a tutor all year round including the summer months.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that students should spend at least three hours studying and putting into practice what they learn each one hour in class. It's important to me to know what my student's goals are and what they are having trouble with. Rather than giving students answers to math problems, I demonstrate how to answer similar problems so they become clear on the right way to complete them.
