Personal Description:

Born in France and educated in Paris, achieving Master level, at The Sorbonne in French language. I co-authored the text on immersion French which is approved by the federal government.

Because of covid-19, all courses are given via Zoom or Skype.

Please note that I restrict my activities to South West Mississauga (Clarkson, Port Credit and South/Eastern Oakville).

Tutoring Experience:

a) From 1980 to 1984 - Teaching for the Government of Canada in Winnipeg
b) Taught French language to executives and managers at Air Canada, RCMP and major private companies
c) Co-authored text on French language Immersion
d) I have tutored a number of both gifted and challenged students for the past seven years
e) I am working with a number of students, from grade 9 to 12, University and community college to improve their comprehension of the French language and to prepare them for their final exams. In several documented situations, I was able to improve the performance of marginal students with failing grades to high 85% levels.

Tutoring Approach:

Our first meeting will be to determine goals and areas in which we will work on, as well as figuring out strengths and weaknesses. I will plan the proceeding lessons accordingly. I always try to adapt my teaching style in order to adapt to every student's needs. My tutoring is concentrated on senior high school (Grade 9, 10, 11 and 12) and University level students.
