Personal Description:

Growing up in a bilingual household, speaking both English and French prepared me to excel with languages. This experience really prepared me for the enormous task of learning Japanese and becoming a Japanese tutor. I think learning new languages is an extremely beneficial experience and great for your brain.

Tutoring Experience:

My experience with the Japanese language began many years ago when I began to study it. I then moved to Japan where I could really experience the language and the culture in full. I even studied some traditional martial arts while I was over there.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to have a flexible tutoring style that can change based on the situation that I am faced with. Different students have different needs and whatever their reasons for pursuing tutoring I want to provide as much value as I can. Whatever the motivation of my students to pursue lessons I want to encourage them to develop and grow as a student and an individual.
