Personal Description:

Jordan was born in Ontario and has an MFA from the University of Miami. Jordan has shown his artwork internationally including various cities in the USA, Italy Spain, and Canada. He has co-curated five art exhibitions in Miami's Wyn-wood art district and participated in art fairs such as SCOPE, during Art Basel Miami. His artwork was published in Miami Contemporary Artists, Schiffer Publishing.

Tutoring Experience:

I am an experienced artist and post secondary studio lecturer. For over fifteen years I have worked with undergraduate and graduate students in Miami Florida, teaching painting, drawing, sculpture, thesis preparation, art appreciation, digital imaging and information technology. Tutoring Approach:

The student’s educational experience should be one that provides guidance towards self-discovery through encouragement. As an Art instructor, I believe that each student realizes their unique vision through manual practice and critical thinking by engaging in projects that are challenging, informative and pertinent. My objective is to impart confidence, skill, while providing opportunities for self-reflection and aesthetic analysis. At advanced levels, students receive guidance and support while pursuing independent self-directed projects to enhance their self critical awareness and confidence.
