Personal Description:

I mostly focus on accounting; however, I am well-versed in a variety of mathematic courses. I aim to help students gain a deeper understanding of math subjects by exploring the material from different perspectives. I love seeing others succeed in their studies and wish to support any student who could use my help.

Tutoring Experience:

I am a CRLA Level 1 certified tutor, which means I have the experience and training to work with a variety of students. I was an accounting major and I began tutoring in my freshman year. I was part of several national honors societies, including Alpha Chi.

Tutoring Approach:

My approach as a math tutor depends on the student that I am working with. During the first session, I speak with my student to find out their interests, goals, and other aspects of their personality. This allows me to experiment with instructional methods that can better align with their learning tendencies.
