Personal Description:

As a French tutor, my goal is not only to help students complete their current coursework but also to teach them how to move forward as independent learners. In order to do this, I create as engaging a learning environment as I can. Once a student is able to teach a lesson back to me, I consider them to have a mastery of the subject.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned a degree in Public Policy and am currently working toward a law degree. I have spent time working as a teaching assistant, which is where I developed a passion for helping other students learn. Personally I have achieved impressive scores on high-level exams and would love to pass my test-taking skills on to others.

Tutoring Approach:

My teaching philosophy as a French tutor is to instill in students the skills that they need to succeed. That way they can go off on their own and use critical thinking to face any problems that may arise.
