Personal Description:

I have a great deal of energy and love working with students. I've taught and mentored others as a way to give back to my community during my professional and college years. I choose to be a math tutor because of my love of engineering and working with students at various levels. I am available to tutor all levels of Algebra, Applied Mathematics, Calculus, and more. I can also tutor students in IB Math.

Tutoring Experience:

I am currently working towards my bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have a great deal of experience in both teaching and mentoring other students. I have done this in both my college and professional life. I have tutored students through various different types of organizations.

Tutoring Approach:

I feel that a math lesson is not truly completed unless you can apply it to a real-life situation. When I first meet my students, I like to start with humor. I have my students teach math concepts back to me to show that they have learned it thoroughly. I will use different tutoring methods until I find what works for each student.
