Personal Description:

Hello, I am a 4th year student at UofT majoring in math and physics. I am taking a gap year and I will be starting the UofT Masters of Mathamatics program in 2023. My goal is to become a professor as I am passionate about teaching people especially in math. I enjoy keeping up to date on new math and physics research papers. My research interests are operator theory, Yang-Mills theory, and analysis of partial differential equations.

Tutoring Approach:

My style of teaching is inspired by the Socratic method where we have open dialogue and line of questioning leading to the solutions. I believe the best way to learn is through practice, space repetition and reassurance to build confidence. I know how to make math at all levels approachable and encourage creative problem solving methods. I will assess where your skills are and help you go from there. I can help you with specific topics or homework assignments, and help you build a good study routine. I am available for in-person tutoring at my home, your home (within the GTA) or public spaces (i.e library, cafe) or online tutoring through zoom, discord or facetime. I want to help you succeed.
