Personal Description:

As a math tutor, I can offer guidance in a variety of ways. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others, whether they need to learn effective test-taking strategies for an upcoming exam or they need a hand with algebraic concepts. I incorporate in-depth discussions and other activities to encourage students to build their skills.

Tutoring Experience:

I have my bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. While I was an undergrad student, I was a teaching assistant in Organic Chemistry courses. I graduated with a master's degree in Pharmacology. I was also a teaching assistant in pharmacology courses. I routinely achieve high testing scores, such as a 780 on SAT Math and 164 on the GRE Quantitative.

Tutoring Approach:

When I first meet with a student, I like to assess their study skills, grades, and other aspects to determine the right course of action. My lessons are student-led as I believe that students learn more when they are explaining the material themselves.
