Personal Description:

I am an English tutor in addition to being a professional writer. I believe that it is just as important for me to learn from my students as it is for them to learn from me. I have been an assistant teacher in the past and look forward to teaching my own university class one day.

Tutoring Experience:

Not only am I an English tutor who has experience at both high school and college levels, but I also hold a bachelor's degree and have taught SAT and PSAT test preparation for writing and language. I taught phonics and English grammar and syntax to elementary students.

Tutoring Approach:

My teaching approach as an English tutor stems from the belief that students deserve to be validated for their successes and strengths, instead of focusing solely on their struggles. My approach is tailored to the personality and needs of a student that will keep them motivated and confident.
