Personal Description:

I enjoy the thrill of helping students understand difficult concepts in the French language. I have a great enthusiasm for the process of making French accessible to my students and potentially life-changing. I have more than 10 years of experience as a tutor and I have taught ESL and sociolinguistics (in French).

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Comparative Literature (English/ French). I am currently studying for my Ph.D. I'm available to tutor students in all levels of French as well as French Conversation and AP French Language and Culture.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe that any student can learn any topic if they can relate it to something they are passionate about. As a French tutor, I help my students discover where their passion lies and how to connect that with their language learning. I spend my first session with each student getting to know them so I can create French lessons focused on what they love.
