Personal Description:

I have worked with students of all ages and really enjoy bringing an upbeat and positive attitude into my tutoring sessions while helping my students meet their goals and excel in their specific subject areas. I have a passion for learning which tends to attract people who are in need of academic assistance. In addition to providing students with social science tutoring, I can also share my expertise in study skills and techniques with them. I can offer tutoring in an incredibly broad range of subjects and topics from British Literature to Philosophical Ethics, Sociology, and Political Science.

Tutoring Experience:

I completed my undergraduate studies, obtaining a bachelor's degree in History and Political Science. I then went on to complete a master's degree specializing in 20th Century American History. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Business Administration. I have experience teaching history courses at the college level and am currently working as a headteacher at a learning center. I have more than 6 years of tutoring experience and am well-equipped to fulfill the role of social science tutor.

Tutoring Approach:

I always try to fuel students' interests in the subject matter we are covering and strive to create an encouraging learning environment. I make sure to get to know the interests, learning styles, challenges, and strengths of my students in order to maximize their learning.
