Personal Description:

During my tutoring and educational experiences, I learned what it takes to be a successful tutor. I also learned how much satisfaction I can gain from helping students understand previously unknown concepts. I am passionate about working with students and would love to be a professor of biology someday. I can help students with all levels of biology, from high school level to AP and college biology.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a bachelor's degree in biology. After graduation, I began my career. I tutor and work as a laboratory technician. I have also worked as a biology tutor for both the AP Biology test as well as the SAT Subject Test for Biology the last two summers.

Tutoring Approach:

I believe in treating the student-tutor relationship like it is a one-way street - we move together. I create an environment of mutual respect. I respect my student's intelligence and empathize with him or her because everyone struggles from time to time.
