Personal Description:

I offer tutoring across a range of subjects, including Spanish and several AP course topics and I can work with young learners, high schoolers, and college students. If you are looking for an English tutor, I'm here to work with you. I tutor students struggling with English grammar and syntax, literature students, students writing college essays, students preparing for the GRE Analytical section, and plenty more!

Tutoring Experience:

Right now I am pursuing a master's degree in English. My undergraduate degree is BA in English. I have tutored college aged students as well as elementary and middle schoolers, both privately and through a writing center.

Tutoring Approach:

Tutoring should be a shared experience where the student and tutor work with one another to achieve a common goal. Approaching sessions this way means that I try to get a sense of who my students are as individuals. Once we establish this understanding the shared work of learning can begin.
