Personal Description:

My goal as an educator is to teach you or your student independent learning skills so that you can study effectively without outside assistance. I will discover how you learn best and teach accordingly, improving your study efficiency while also helping you develop a deeper understanding of concepts such as supply and demand. I also want to inspire younger students to develop a lifelong love of reading regardless of content.

Tutoring Experience:

I worked as a writing tutor for four years while I was a university student, so I know how to approach 1-on-1 learning environments. I have also tutored young children in math and other subjects, so I am comfortable working with multiple age groups.

Tutoring Approach:

Economics is a practical discipline, so I strive to relate academic concepts to real-world use cases wherever possible as an economics tutor. I also give students a say in setting our goals for every meeting, allowing them to play an active role in their education.
