Personal Description:

I am a specialist in Employment Law, including Human Rights issues in the employment relationship. I have practiced as a trial and appellate lawyer in this field for over 35 years. I have written leading text books on common law remedies, sexual harassment claims in the workplace, employment contracts, investigations of workplace allegations of wrongdoing, and human rights issues in the workplace.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught at the U. of Toronto as an occasional lecturer on Employment Law, as well as Western U. I also taught at U. of Toronto as an instructor on Continuing Education in Constitutional Law, and at Ryerson, then a Polytechnical Institute.

Tutoring Approach:

I listen to and learn the needs of the student and adapt accordingly. Each student will present with individual concerns and issues.
