Personal Description:

My experience of being an older sibling is what prepared me the most in my journey to becoming an excellent French tutor. While growing up, I helped my younger siblings through many of their academic difficulties. As a result, I am often described as patient, and I am known for explaining concepts in a non-condescending manner. I attribute those characteristics to being the oldest of five children in my house.

Tutoring Experience:

As an undergraduate student, I earned my bachelor's degree in philosophy. In addition to teaching my younger siblings, I also spent a summer teaching inner-city kids. I am able to help students with their French homework or test prep at any level.

Tutoring Approach:

Above all else, I am patient with my students. In the past i have enjoyed interacting with children as well as with young adults who had a host of learning challenges, so I have seen how important patience is.
