Personal Description:

I truly believe that any student can successfully pursue their learning goals. It is my goal as a French tutor to help each student gain the confidence they need as they make progress toward developing their linguistic and problem-solving skills. To motivate my students I encourage them to take ownership of their academic goals.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my undergraduate degree in French and have additionally earned three separate graduate degrees in Russian, business administration and marketing, and social work. In addition to tutoring French, I also offer test prep support for standardized exams such as the GRE and the GMAT.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to take the time during the first session to get a sense of the student's learning style and personality as well as their current level of mastery and learning goals. This helps me develop a customized learning plan that will most effectively help the student work towards their goals.
