This is how 2 referees rated Constance:
I am a university student majoring in Mathematics at McGill. With a passion for science and especially mathematics, I truly enjoy transmitting my experience and my love for these subjects. I am bilingual, my mother tongue being French and love to interact with new people.
I have done various types of tutoring before. Indeed, I have tutored a 2nd grade boy in mathematics who needed help especially with translating the terms from French to English, and a 10th grade student in chemistry in order to be ready for the ministry exams. I have also tutored last semester two 1st year Cegep students in physics. Finally, as a volunteer, I have helped a group of 1st grade with their homework, in math and French.
In my opinion, the type and degree of tutoring depends of each student. Indeed, some students are in need only of someone who can accompany them in their exercices or studying while others require a more in-depth method, with a comprehensive explanation of the lessons and concrete examples. The teaching method will then depend of the student and the type of accompaniment they need. However, there is a ground base, especially in math and science; that is, doing exercises.
