Personal Description:

I know that not every student learns the same way. So, as a biology tutor, I strive to connect with my students to find out how they learn and teach them using the methods they prefer. I can help biology students at the high school and college level with anything from homework to test prep. Whether you are learning about homeostasis or energy transfer, I am here to help.

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology and went through the entire pre-med process and changed my major to ethnopharmacology at the last minute. I have tutored students in biology, physiology, chemistry, and more. I have experience working with students of all ages and all abilities.

Tutoring Approach:

First, I get to know my student and how they prefer to learn. Then, I craft lesson plans to help them develop effective study and homework strategies using the learning method that best suits them.
