I have extensive experience teaching across the post-secondary curriculum and have taught in a variety of formal and informal settings including, secondary schools as an Educational Assistant, Community College extension program to indigenous communities in northern Ontario, and post-secondary institutions as an assistant professor, sessional instructor and seminar instructor.
In addition to formal teaching, I have experience teaching youth, young adults and adults in less formal, workshop and adult learning settings, including adult and youth religious education/catechism, theatre, and improvisation training. For the past 5 years I have taught critical thinking and argumentation in the department of philosophy at Laurentian University.
As an academic and a teaching scholar, I am committed to the intrinsic value of post-secondary education, scholarship and academic honesty.
