Personal Description:

Hi, my name is Christopher and I am a French tutor who can offer the instruction and practice you need to advance your language skills. Due to my own successes and challenges, I have learned what it takes to be an effective student across many subjects.

Tutoring Experience:

I have a bachelor's degree in molecular biology and microbiology. I'm currently working on my Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences (Infectious Diseases) there and working on my dissertation. I have a great deal of experience in education and working with students.

Tutoring Approach:

In my tutoring sessions, I focus on student's strengths and elevate their weaknesses enough to learn the subject at hand. If a student struggles, I identify what they are having difficulties with and use alternative approaches if necessary. I concentrate on the big picture and then apply specific details to help the student understand.
