Personal Description:

I am a biology tutor for high school and college students. In addition to general biology, I also tutor students in related courses such as cell biology and help them prepare for exams in the field such as the ACT and other standardized science exams. I'm open-minded and enjoy helping others achieve their goals. I

Tutoring Experience:

I earned my undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences and my graduate degree in cardiovascular technology. I've tutored both high school and college students with great success.

Tutoring Approach:

I like to take the time to learn about each student as an individual, including their hobbies and what's going on in their classes before transitioning to practice questions to determine where the student is academically. In addition to reviewing relevant material, I also believe it's important to teach every student how to study and review material independently so they develop the skills they need for long-term academic success.
