Personal Description:

I am an enthusiastic and positive person with a keen ability to open a clear communication with students. Establishing a connection to the student allows me to more easily discover the student’s challenges and to address these issues appropriately. I understand the struggles faced by students and feel equipped to provide them with tips and strategies to help overcome their academic hurdles. I understand my role as a tutor is to enable and empower the student rather than to serve as a crutch. I know that my degree in Engineering will be of service to your organization and the students it serves.

Tutoring Experience:

I have experience of teaching Math for more than five years for several ages including pre GCSE for students in London.

Tutoring Approach:

The most important aspect of being a mentor is that show absolute empathy for a student. Students must feel that their mentor still understands what they’re going through without feeling embarrassment or awkwardness. An empathetic approach will help to create a safe space for students to communicate openly about the challenges that they are facing. Then, we can work together to get them over these hurdles.
