Personal Description:

I am a CELTA certified, Bachelor of Arts holding English teacher. I have taught English as a second language to students aged 3-75 in Canada, Thailand and Vietnam. I am also bilingual, with some experience tutoring math and French.

I have experience teaching privately (one-on-one home tutoring), in language centers, public and private schools, universities and colleges, and in corporate workspaces. I can help with exam preparation, including IELTS and TOEFL. I teach conversational English, academic essay writing, public speaking and business English.

I will help you achieve your personal language goals and have fun learning! We will work together to make a learning plan and schedule that suits your life.

Tutoring Approach:

I use student-centered teaching frameworks and customize each lesson to the personal interests and goals of each student. In my experience working with adults and children, I have learned the importance of flexibility and attentiveness to diverse learning styles. I take pride in creating fun and engaging lessons that encourage my students to feel confident speaking and using the language!
