Personal Description:

My name is Carole. I am a student support for the VSB in a French immersion elementary school. I am originally from France and I arrived in Canada 15.5 years ago.

Tutoring Experience:

Experience in tutoring: 2 years.
Experience in students support: 4 years.
Experience as an educator with children from early years to Gr.7 : 8 years.
I also have worked with children with ASD, ADD and Sequential Processing Disorder.

Tutoring Approach:

I will follow the teacher's indications and work however, I like to turn it in an interest based approach as much as possible. This strategy has proven to work well. I also like to include games.
My sessions are relaxed, I like to know my students and for them to know me.
We are here to learn so mistakes and questions are always welcome. I will do my part of the work and students need to do theirs.
