Personal Description:

Hi! My name is Brittany and I have been a French immersion teacher for two and a half years now. I have taught English and French in Zürich, Switzerland as well. My focus is on the student and finding the best way they learn. I care for each and every one of my students’ success’ and always encourage them to reach their goals.

Tutoring Experience:

I have taught all subjects to grades 5/6 and grade 7 Early French immersion. I have also helped teach in a grade 8 French classroom. I try to make my lessons as fun and engaging as possible!

Tutoring Approach:

I like to start with assessing each student. From there, I ask what they believe are their strengths and weaknesses and where they feel they are struggling and would like to improve. From there, I gather up my resources and tailor my lesson plans to fit the needs of the student.
